Welcome to the 2024 NCPRIMA Educational Conference page.  You'll find all the details needed to get ready for this year's conference right here. 

We are excited to offer another year of excellent topics, networking opportunities and fun.  Our conference attracts public entity Risk Managers, Safety Officers, HR Professionals, School Personnel and others interested in risk management.  There is always something for everyone.

Attendees will find topics to benefit them in their roles and take back actionable items to assist with job functions.  The quality and variety of topics are always focused on what's happening in the here and now.  Our emphasis is on current events and what information can help to strengthen risk management programs for your town, city, county, or school system.  The outstanding opportunity to meet, network and learn from your peers is what makes this conference like none other!

If you are a first-time attendee or a conference pro, we hope you will join us and find this time well spent.  The 2024 NCPRIMA Educational Conference is the place to be!

Speakers, topics and CEU's subject to change.

***Current memberships expire September 30th.  Current members may elect to include your membership renewal fee at the time of registration.  If you are not a current member, you must join to get the membership rate. 

Membership dues not paid by October 15th will result in an inactivation of your account and removal from the NCPRIMA Listserv.

Cancellation Process:

• In the event an attendee or guest decides to cancel their registration prior to August 4, 2024, a refund (minus credit card processing company's fee and membership dues if applicable) will be issued.
• In the event a registered exhibitor decides to cancel their booth prior to August 4, 2024, a refund (minus credit card processing company's fee and membership dues if applicable) will be issued.
• In the event an attendee or guest decides to cancel their registration on or after August 4, 2024, a refund will not be offered.
• In the event a registered exhibitor decides to cancel their booth on or after August 4, 2024, a refund (minus credit card processing company's fee and membership dues if applicable) will only be issued if the Exhibitor Selection Committee is able to fill the booth with another vendor.
• Unfortunately, since sponsorship dollars are used to prepay for various aspects of the conference, refunds can only be offered in the event NCPRIMA has to cancel the conference.
• In the event NCPRIMA cancels the event prior to the start date, a full refund will be issued.

Hotel Information:

Our main hotel, the Holiday Inn Resort Wrightsville Beach is SOLD OUT.   

The Hampton Inn & Suites is our overflow hotel and reservations can be made by following this link -- Conference rate is $124 for a King Bed and $134 for Double Beds per night plus applicable taxes and fees.  Cutoff date for conference rate is July 31st at 5:00pm.   These rooms tend to go quickly, so make your reservations now!

Vendors and Sponsors

We can't do this without you! 

Your support is always needed and greatly appreciated. There are many opportunities for your organization to help NCPRIMA, all while showcasing your company's products and services.  The sponsorship levels have been structured to meet a wide range of budgetary requirements. 

Please instruct your admins who register attendees for sponsorships to NOT list themselves as an attendee.  Only register individuals who will be attending!

We are digital!

Attendees will have access to your company via their smartphone.  You will be able to network and interact with our attendees while showcasing your company's offerings based on the sponsorship level you choose. 

This is your opportunity to meet public sector risk management and other professionals throughout North Carolina and network with decision-makers.  With the mobile app, you will have the opportunity to reach attendees during and after the conference!

Consider a sponsorship to enhance your visibility at the event and leave a lasting impression on attendees.   We always have an opening and need for your sponsorship so please consider one of our many levels.  

Sponsorship levels are Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Sponsorships starting at the Silver level will include one or more complementary conference registrations and include enhanced access to our mobile app.  This will give you more opportunities to interact with conference attendees.

PLEASE NOTE: Diamond and Platinum sponsors are eligible to have their logos showcased on the NCPRIMA website.  Please send your logos to Chris Barnes in jpeg format by August 1st.

Sponsorships DO NOT include an exhibitor's booth.  If you are interested in exhibiting, please submit the Exhibitor Booth Interest Form to Chris Barnes.

Sponsorship dollars are used to prepay for various aspects of the conference.  Therefore, refunds can only be offered in the event NCPRIMA has to cancel the conference.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Your sponsorship support allows NCPRIMA to continue our work and offer our members ongoing opportunities to enhance their knowledge and proficiency in the risk management field. With your help, we are able to offer the citizens we serve competent and professional service.  Your sponsorship also contributes to our education fund which supplies scholarships to local colleges and universities and ensures new members are joining the profession.  Thank you so much for your generous contributions!
